Took my husband’s old Prius in for regular oil change and check up. How’s this for honest: they said I ought to get spark plugs replaced. When I asked them what were the consequences if I don’t have them replaced. They could’ve said “the car will blow up in your face,” “or it will ruin the pistons if you drive.“ Instead they called it like it is - it may buck on you a little bit, but it will not be the end of the world. I also like the service where you can drop it off in the evening and pick it up in the next day. As usual great service. And talking with Brian in the office always a pleasure.
