We have been taking our cars to Gary, at Allbrand for many years. He has serviced our Prius, Camrys, Corollas , Fiat, and every car we’ve had. He’s great to work with. He’s honest. He always tells you exactly what you need done and doesn’t try to upsell you. His prices are fair. He a very easy person to work with. And it’s a family business!

Bryan always makes me feel confident, when I call and say I might just have a small problem. Rather than ignoring the small screech that I started to notice this week, he said, it's better so check it out right away. Thank goodness! This way, my repair remained a "small" problem, because I brought my car in before it could have turned into a much more costly situation. Thank you, Gary and Bryan, for your care and encouragement. AllBrand addressed a battery issue that had me scratching my head for weeks. They were very busy with customers, but Gary took a look at my vehicle the same day anyway. He assessed it and had it back to me the next day. He explained exactly what he did and my vehicle has been fine ever since. Excellent customer service, price, and outstanding professionalism.
