A Kensington Auto Repair Shop

I hit a huge, deep pot hole on Connecticut Avenue last Sunday. As many may know, they are repaying that part of Connecticut Avenue, and the road was a mess. I slammed on my brakes to slow down over the hole, but I hit it with enough force to bend the rim of my left front wheel, which caused the tire to begin losing air. What a mess! But I drove to Allbrand and left the car overnight, hoping they could repair it the next day. They did. They bent back the damaged rim as well as another bent rim that I hadn't even noticed. And they balanced the tires. I was able to pick up my car that afternoon. This convinced me again that it is good to have a repair shop where you know and trust the owners. My Chevrolet blazer died on me last week, so I called Allbrand in Kensington, then they came picked-up the blazer,, and repaired it. If you have not had your car/truck repaired by these folks, your making a mistake. They are definitely cheaper and faster than anyone you can find .

I truly appreciate the family experience atmosphere and the customer service from the Allbrand Auto Service members during my first visit. These folks helped me with a pre purchase inspection on a car I found on the internet. They were very kind, accommodating, and expedient with not only the vehicle inspection, but they actually picked up the vehicle and returned the vehicle to the dealer on my behalf. They were able to find some issues that needed to be fixed before I could buy the car. They were very reasonable with their charges. The money I spent on this pre purchase inspection might be the best money I ever spent! I would gladly recommend their service and would use the again!!!!
