Gary and crew always deliver great auto care at very reasonable prices. I have shopped around, but keep coming back to their prices and fantastic service.

Called the day before and received an appointment for the very next day. Got to the shop about 30 minutes early, no issues, they took my car in immediately and before I could get back from a two block to get coffee at the 7-11, the MD state inspection was completed and the car was waiting for me. Excellent work because my time means more to me than the cost of the service.

Allbrand is honest and straightforward with the customer. They always tell you what your car needs, and what it doesn't need at the present time. They always contact the customer before beginning work so that the customer is fully-informed.

Last week my Ford Escape needed an emergency repair. Fortunately, I was not far from Allbrand Auto Service. Gary very graciously fit me into his full schedule, and had me back on the road the same day. Allbrand service is excellent and there isn't any unnecessary "up-sell." I trust their service recommendations. Gary identifies the issues accurately, and provides efficient and courteous service.

I've been using Allbrand Auto for about 7 years and have been very pleased with their service (a coworker referred me to them initially). When you find a good, trustworthy, fair mechanic you stick with them. I moved to Columbia, MD about six years ago but I will still drive all the way to Allbrand in Kensington for any car repairs or diagnostics. I cannot recommend them enough!

I am from out of town so not local to the area when my car broke down on the Beltway during evening rush hour. AAA recommended and towed my car to Allbrand and I couldn't have been happier. It was a few minutes before their closing time when the tow truck got me to the Allbrand shop and I fully anticipated having to leave my car, rent a car to get home and return to the DC area in a few days to pick up my car. But Gary couldn't have been nicer. Him and the other mechanic graciously offered to stay well past closing time, get their parts supplier to bring a replacement that evening for the failed part and make the repair. He had me back on the road heading home within a few hours. Truly exceptional service and concern for a customer that is lacking at too many places these days. Highly recommend Allbrand should you be in the area and need service on your vehicle.
