As someone new to the area, I didn't know which mechanic I could trust not to rip me off because I was a female who doesn't know a lot about cars but Allbrand has earned my wholehearted trust. I was having some issues with the electrical system in my car and none of the mechanics would touch it. The family who owns Allbrand listened to me and said they weren't sure but they would call me back after doing some research. About an hour or two later, they called saying that there was a TSB that likely covered my exact issue and that the dealer should be able to fix it for free. They gave me the TSB number and explained the problem and were so helpful. They didn't have to do any of that, but they did and were honest and for that I will take my car to them for any future problems.
