I recommend Allbrand highly! They keep our cars in tip top condition and their prices are extremely reasonable. The staff is helpful and personable, and the repairs are on time and never exceed the estimate.

If Gary told me to park my car in the intersection of Plyers Mill and Connecticut at rush hour I'd do it on the assumption that it needed to be done. Then I'd sit with Debbie and eat candy and read the new People and pet the dog for a [not very long] while. Then I'd pay a more than fair price for the work, which would have been completed to perfection. That is how it always goes at Allbrand. The only problem is their talent for keeping my car in great shape long past the time when I would have liked to trade it in. Oh, well....I guess I'll just have to live with that.

The fixed a problem that other shops didn't. Very fast and capable.

Once again I experienced great service at Allbrand Auto Service. Whether it is major work or simple maintenance, they are the place to go. They know how much people depend on their automobiles and they make every effort to get you back on the road with a safe and reliable car in the shortest amount of time. Being conveniently located in Kensington Maryland near public transportation is just one of the many reasons to give this shop a try. If you go there once, you will have yourself a new mechanic.

Looking to get an inspection done I simply googled it... This place was right up the street and from the few reviews that it had: all of them had great things to say... In particular the gentlemen by the name of Gary was mentioned a few times. The inspection was done fine. I ended up having to buy two new back tires for my BMW which I kind of already knew I had to do... I told Gary I would order the tires and come back the following week to clear my inspection. My original plan was to head over to the Merchants a few miles out since they had originally changed my brakes and tires last time... Assuming if they changed the tired once they could change them again right? Wrong. They couldn't even take the wheel off my car. They told me they had to break one of the bolts and break some other part that would then need to be replaced (Est: $800) for the repair. I told them forget it. All I'm saying is if they were able to take the wheels off before they should've been able to now as well. Any who... Never going back there. Went back to Gary and my man got it done. Took my wheels off without a problem at all. He put my new tires on and cleared my inspection. It was a beautiful day. Thank you so very much Gary. You're awesome.
