The service was great, but I wasn't happy about the black oil stains on my back seat upholstery.

I would love it if the paper floor protectors were removed before I took possession of my vehicle. The office area needs to be painted, the carpet cleaned, and mouse access sealed off. Love working with this family. Service is great.
