Allbrand is tops in customer service and value for money. I have been a customer for over ten years and continue to be thrilled with the quality of their work and their fair prices. Whether they are performing routine maintenance or identifying and solving a specific problem, I know that I can rely on their judgement and advice to keep my 2003 Honda in top condition. I really appreciate how they take the time to fully describe what work they recommend, explain why, and then p...rovide an honest and accurate estimate of the costs involved. If something needs fixing they take care of it as quickly as possible, which Is very important to me since there's only one car in my household. And they always fix it right the first time...no needing to go back for an adjustment. Even though I'm now living many miles distant from Kensington I continue to bring my car back to their shop for servicing. It is a pleasure to do business with Gary and Debbie and Brian.

An awesome mechanic shop that brings back good, honest, old time values. They won't repair something that doesn't need fixing. Nor will they sell you up on things that you don't need. They make you feel like a member of the family. I'd recommend anyone to go here for to have honest and quality work done on your vehicle. I will continue to take my 2013 Mazda 3i there.

There is nothing more valuable than a mechanic you can trust. The first time Gary told me "you don't need to fix that", and he was right, I knew I had that mechanic.

Gary and his team are great. I contacted them one afternoon and then had my SUV sunroof drain fixed before lunch the next day. They were very timely in their responses and let me know what had to be done. They were honest and didn't try to tack on any extra work. The pricing was more than fair, I had another auto service shop fix this same problem before and they charged me a lot more. I hope my Suzuki stays in great shape, but if it ever needs any fixes or service I will be calling the Allbrand Auto team.
